Our team has served as Program Managers and lead Consultants for various agencies which required baselining current operations, benchmarking best practices, and implementing standard operating procedures. Currently, we are supporting the Office of the OCIO at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), by providing program management, IT governance, training, policy and planning, and infrastructure and operations support services.
