DMV Solutions, LLC managed the implementation of Box.com – a FedRAMP approved cloud-based secure file transfer system that serves as a centralized workspace to create, edit, review, request, and share files with external users. This enterprise-wide deployment enables staff at Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to seamlessly work with the agency’s international accounts to support global and economic development. It is also used to collaborate with contractors and overseas evaluators working on compact and threshold programs. We ensured that MCC received its formal authorization to operate (ATO), following the completion of a security assessment and authorization (SA&A) by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Also, we developed the IT Governance Plan, knowledge articles in ServiceNow, and training content for the MCC’s Learning Pathways (intranet).

DMV Solutions, LLC wins GSA’s 8(a) STARS III, a multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract #47QTCB22D0060 to provide information technology (IT) services and solutions for the 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). This fourth-generation contract offers IT services ranging from simple to complex and services-based solutions such as IT help-desk support, information assurance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), with two focused scope sub-areas: emerging technologies and outside continental United States (OCONUS) support. STARS III partners with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to support the development of small firms and provide federal agencies with methods to deliver mission-critical IT services while working with small businesses.

The 8(a) STARS III GWAC ordering period is a five-year base with one three-year option with a ceiling of $50 billion.

August 12, 2021 – As we continue providing remote Information Technology & Management Consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government, we are pleased to announce our recent recertification by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a HUBZone firm. Our virtual site visit was a success!

The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities. These preferences go to small businesses that obtain HUBZone certification in part by employing staff who live in a HUBZone. The company must also maintain a "principal office" in one of these specially designated areas. This article discusses characteristics and eligibility for small businesses to be a part of HUBZone which can be helpful for the small business owner as well as the contracting officers. Contracting officers can find this information useful as well, in addition to some of the information about regulations to cater to their needs in assisting small businesses which are qualified as HUBZones.

Five Year Prime Contract - Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)
